    Job title: Assistant Resident Manager, Live-In

    Description

    Live-In Assistant Resident Manager

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned apartment buildings. This includes ensuring cleanliness and organization, as well as providing exceptional customer service to tenants.



    • Clean and maintain building common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass and chrome.

    • Assist in unit cleaning after tenant move-out to ensure the unit is rent ready by cleaning floors, bathrooms surfaces windows etc.

    • Complete outdoor seasonal cleaning tasks such as raking grounds caring for flower beds snow shoveling salting walkways minor repairs maintenance required duties etc..

    • Empty garbage containers clean around dumpsters empty other waste management responsibilities professionally maintained equipment always supplied daily needs also strict adherence all company policies emergency procedures annual training reporting directly superior officers ensured compliance corporate directives guidelines regularly updated

    1.
