Only 28% of software engineering jobs are held by women. Only 5% of IT jobs are held by Black people and only 11% by LGBTQIA+. Traditional bootcamps charge high fees with no guarantee of job placement. Enterprise organizations spend time and money on hiring but often lack retention.

There is a war on talent and corporations are being held accountable for hiring more underrepresented groups, but many struggle to attract and retain this talent.


We solve these problems by empowering and investing in diverse technology talent, in order to increase representation for all people, and to create higher-performing enterprise organizations.

Through 'Talent Creation as a Service', we create an end-to-end pipeline of fresh, diverse talent for the industry.


Role overview:


  • Please note, internally this role is called: Enterprise Strategist._


We are looking for an Enterprise Strategist to find new clients and manage and build relationships with our current clients.

The ideal person will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, acting as a liaison between clients and Strategio, and resolving any issues or concerns that arise.

In Enterprise Strategy, you will be responsible for establishing new clients, managing multiple client accounts, providing market knowledge and program information, maintaining up-to-date client records, and growing the account with returning business.


How can you help to advance our mission?

  • Proactively searching for new contacts and opportunities to expand your network.
  • Constantly build your database of prospects, speaking to potential customers, whether they could be users or sponsors of the Strategio Program.
  • Pitch Strategio to potential customers, outlining our mission, the problems we are solving and our solutions.
  • Advise potential clients on the strategic nature of the program and walk them through each step of the complex enterprise onboarding process.
  • Build relationships with and map out all 5 enterprise client verticals across Technology, D&I, Vendor Management, Talent Acquisition and Procurement. These relationships are usually from the C-Level strategic overview down to the individual hiring manager/buyer level.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to opportunities or concerns in a timely manner
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our program and services to effectively assist clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Technologists and program success
  • Manage and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to increase placement opportunities for Strategio Technologists with our existing clients

Your skills (we understand some skills will be learned on the job):

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Passionate about working with a diverse group of people from a broad variety of cultures
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple enterprise accounts
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and ability to think critically
  • Previous experience in business development, enterprise customer service, enterprise account management, enterprise sales, 360 recruitment, engagement management or enterprise consulting
  • Plus
  • Proficiency with Slack, CRM (HubSpot) systems and Google Workspace
  • Plus
- knowledge of the Enterprise Technology ecosystem and/or Financial Services Institutions
