WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


A superstar Customer Service Desk Coordinator who is obsessed with service, creative when it comes to problem solving, goes above and beyond and takes a 'roll up your sleeve 'approach to get the job done.

You will be responsible for providing the first point of contact for Elte customers and providing resolutions to problems in a professional, timely and cost effective manner.

Your mission to ensure customer satisfaction and amazing service.

WHAT YOU DO (among other things):

  • Greet and direct clients in the showroom
  • Support Sales Associates with the processing of pointofsale transactions
  • Manage phone lines (transfer calls to appropriate individuals within the company)
  • Manage and process all incoming and outgoing courier packages, daily mail, and administrative packages
  • Support retail operations with managing and organizing of sales tools (i.e., samples, tagging, etc. )

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

  • Experience in customer service where service was delivered in person and on the phone
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is a bonus
  • Experience working with luxury clientele
