Synergy Protection Group is currently hiring for Talent & Engagement Coordinator. This is a key position and will be responsible for the recruitment of assigned client groups.


In this role, you will:

  • Establish recruiting requirements based on the organization's plan and objectives, meeting with support/operations managers to identify and discuss the needs
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment activities such as job postings, sourcing, prescreening, interviews and job offers for highvolume positions
  • Develop and execute a variety of sourcing strategies that deliver toptier and diverse talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Organize, represent and promote the Company at various recruitment events such as virtual and inperson job fairs
  • Assist with internal projects as required.

What you will bring:

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business management, law & security administration
  • 24 years of experience recruiting for highvolume positions
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. phone, video, inperson etc.)
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Knowledge of standard business practices within the security industry would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and partner effectively to promote "one team" approach
  • Ability to organize work and multitask in a fastpaced environment
