Hari Kaush Developments Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Additionally, they will greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. They must also possess attention to detail and be able to type and proofread correspondence and documents efficiently.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring them to be flexible and adaptable. They must be willing to work 30 hours per week, with a permanent employment status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role

Benefits
