Responsibilities:
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge of all our products and destinations.
- Accurately enter guest bookings into our computer reservations system, paying close attention to details.
- Manage guest expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout their journey.
- Process various payments from guests.
Experience Required:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong team player with reliable integrity and honesty.
- Positive and upbeat attitude.
