About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a
Toronto‑based Customer Account Manager
to convert partner‑introduced opportunities into successful customer outcomes. Sitting at the centre of our sales operating model, this metrics‑driven role focuses on speed to lead, customer experience, conversion, and growth.

In this role, the key responsibilities include:

  • Customer management & growth:
    Manage the end‑to‑end customer journey, delivering a seamless experience, maximizing utilization, driving repeat usage, and increasing basket size.
  • Partner‑aligned execution:
    Build strong relationships with partner sales representatives to improve speed to lead, conversion, deal flow quality, and partner insights.
  • Customer ownership & lifecycle management:
    Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and end‑of‑term outcomes, uncovering needs and driving long‑term value.
  • Sales performance:
    Meet service levels, maintain high outbound activity, manage pipeline velocity, and ensure CRM accuracy.
  • Collaboration & continuous improvement:
    Work with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Product teams to remove friction, surface blockers, and contribute to ongoing process improvement.

Your work will directly support hospitality businesses, strengthen partner relationships, and drive performance across EconoLease's sales ecosystem.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years' experience in inside sales, account management, or customer‑facing B2B roles (finance, leasing, payments, or services preferred)
  • Strong phone‑based selling capability and proven objection‑handling skills
  • Experience working within a partner‑led sales environment
  • Highly organized, commercially minded, and metrics driven
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage a fast‑moving pipeline
  • A collaborative, purpose‑driven mindset
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
