Maintenance Administrator - Winnipeg, Canada - TEAMS Transport
Description
TEAMS Transport is seeking a business Administrator for our busy LTL trucking company.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Accurate and timely processing of maintenance / parts invoicing
- Timely reply to vendors with PO's
- Coordinating work orders to Accounts Payable team
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Investigating potential damages
- Monitoring driver reporting of damages via satellite system (DVIR)
- Maintain parts inventory with accuracy
- Data entry
- Communicate with vendors verbally and electronically to obtain copies of missing invoices
- Ability to selfmotivate and manage time
Qualifications:
- Tractor and trailer parts knowledge
- Data entry
- Inventory control experience is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge
- Proficient with excel/word
- High attention to detail
