This role is dedicated to the ShareGate product.

ShareGate is a true out-of-box management solution for Microsoft 365 that helps IT professionals turn their organisations Microsoft 365 into the collaborative tool it should be.


It helps IT migration or merge tenants or content, seamlessly govern tenants securely, move with agility through change management, and empower users through collaborative automation to use the tools the right way, from the start.

It's the true out-of-the-box management solution for Microsoft 365 that just works.

  • So, what will your new role actually look like?_


We are looking for an energetic & passionate person who will be responsible for renewing and expanding the contracts of our customers by building solid relationships and offering the right solution to overcome their pains.

As an Account Manager, you will ensure that our customers are getting everything they need to make the most out of their investment with ShareGate.

You will have the chance to manage small, medium and large renewal opportunities from all around the world.

You will act as a consultant with every customer interaction by quickly building credibility & sharing your unlimited ShareGate knowledge.


Grow existing accounts:

  • Take part in overseeing the sales funnel by managing customers' accounts in the pipeline.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to grow the value of the accounts.

Manage existing customers' accounts:

  • Nurture the customer relationship post onboarding to have a positive impact and increase the renewal rate.
  • Be a point of contact for our existing customers regarding contract and billing.
  • Respond to clients' requests in collaboration with the Customer Success team and resolve their issues and escalate them when necessary.
  • Identify customers at risk and provide the support necessary with our Customer Success team to retain and make them successful.
  • Optimize processes and guidelines to improve our clients' experience.
  • Share best practices with our customers while considering their unique business needs.
  • Maintain a good understanding of all our solutions along with their respective market.
  • Meticulously document customers' profiles, and information in the CRM.

What will your future team look like?


As an Account Manager at ShareGate, you will be joining a sales team that have a team-first mentality, taking pride in winning and growing together.

Incredibly collaborative, innately motivated and invested in continuous learning, this team is unlike your normal sales team. We put our customers first, which drives a different sort of sale.

Our team is evolving in a fast-paced sales environment while educating clients on how to get the most out of their Microsoft Cloud.

You'll be joining a team of 7 dedicated Account Managers.

  • What kind of challenges are waiting for you ?_
  • Increase engagement with our customers through consultative approach.
  • Increase our customer knowledge of ShareGate through education of management features.
  • Increase the renewal rate and ACV.
  • Find innovative ways to improve our ability to get in contact with our customers and demonstrate the value of our solution.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of sales experience with ambitious monthly targets;
  • Excellent communication in both French & English (written and spoken);
  • Proven track record of identifying client pains and providing recommendations to overcome them;
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment with high expectations;
  • Have a genuine desire to help IT managers with Microsoft 365;
  • IT and Microsoft knowledge, an asset;
  • Tech sales experience (SaaS & Inbound), an asset;
  • Experience with Salesforce, an asset.
