The Executive Director is responsible for the overall success of Anishinaabe Abinoojii Family Services (AAFS) in partnership with the Board of Directors.

Together, the Executive Director and the Board of Directors will strive to accomplish AAFS' mission, vision and mandates while ensuring AAFS' relevance and accessibility to the First Nations while being accountable to its member communities, their children and families.
