Qualifications:

Successful completion of a diploma in Computer Science or health related field or equivalent education and expereince as acceptable by the hospital
Completion of Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Systems Analyst role or related experience
Registration and/or licensing to regulatory body preferred
Strong skills in processcentric thinking
Advanced experience with infrastructure, storage products, server and network architectures, monitoring components and technologies, and report building tools (ex. cloud computing and virtualization software and services, active directory and network technologies)
Advanced analysis, testing and troubleshooting skills
Experience with formal change management processes
Experience with industrystandard operating systems
Knowledge of databases and database schema
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
Information technology security ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
Commitment to customer service
Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's Mission, Vision and Values
Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Immunization Requirements:

Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
