Description
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Assistant-Director, you will be responsible for the complete hiring process for primarily pre-board screening officer positions at all airports in Eastern Canada served by Securitas Transport Aviation Security (STAS).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training with the training department
- Ensuring that recruitment files comply with STAS rules
- Work closely with the Airport Operations Department and the Human Resources Department to achieve recruitment objectives within the prescribed time frame;
- Monitor key performance indicators related to the recruitment process and contribute to their improvement and evolution;
- Provide support to the Human Resources department and participate in certain HR processes and be responsible for the production of certain reports, all in collaboration with the recruitment colleagues
- Perform all related tasks
Requirements:
- Certificate in Human Resources Management
- One to three years experience in recruitment in a unionized environment (an asset)
- You have a good knowledge of recruitment techniques
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Writing and conversation skills in French and English;
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- S trong work ethic, respect for confidentiality, good professional judgment and initiative
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt and tolerate ambiguity and stress.
