Description

Under the supervision of the Human Resources Assistant-Director, you will be responsible for the complete hiring process for primarily pre-board screening officer positions at all airports in Eastern Canada served by Securitas Transport Aviation Security (STAS).

Responsibilities:

Coordinate training with the training department
Ensuring that recruitment files comply with STAS rules
Work closely with the Airport Operations Department and the Human Resources Department to achieve recruitment objectives within the prescribed time frame;
Monitor key performance indicators related to the recruitment process and contribute to their improvement and evolution;
Provide support to the Human Resources department and participate in certain HR processes and be responsible for the production of certain reports, all in collaboration with the recruitment colleagues
Perform all related tasks

Requirements:

Certificate in Human Resources Management
One to three years experience in recruitment in a unionized environment (an asset)
You have a good knowledge of recruitment techniques
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Writing and conversation skills in French and English;
Proven interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders;
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
S trong work ethic, respect for confidentiality, good professional judgment and initiative
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to adapt and tolerate ambiguity and stress.
