Government Move Coordinator - Edmonton, Canada - SIRVA
Description
RESPONSIBITIES
- Provide administrational support to the Government Move Management Team
- Update move information, communicate with internal departments and external customers
- Input data to spreadsheets and proprietary systems
- Coordinate the shipping of customers' motor vehicles
- Take/make calls to drivers, agents and customers to respond to general inquiries
- Other duties as required
- Assist the team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- General understanding of Canadian Geography
- Highly motivated and selfdriven with excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be available to work additional hours, as business needs dictate
- Bilingual in French and English will be considered an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
