JOB OBJECTIVE
An immediate position is available for a Office/Scanning Clerk to work in our Vancouver office. This starts as a temporary position with the potential to develop into a full time position. It is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to work and grow in a friendly and progressive environment. WORK DESCRIPTION
- Scanning duties: This will be the majority of the work. Scanning and digitalizing engineering records to the on premise network
- Accounting Assistant: Receiving/collecting expense receipts from traveling staff and filing them for the accounting department
- Administrative Support: Typing memos and meeting minutes, and other assigned office duties.
- Reception: Occasionally receive, screen and route phone calls using a multiline switchboard if receptionist is away
EDUCATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum Grade 12 graduate.
- Strong computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment.
- Excellent computer productivity software skills (MS Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and others).
- Friendly and positive manners.
OFFICE HOURS
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

- 8 hour shift
