Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple internal teams, including sales, service, warehouse, marketing, accounting, and operations
- Research and coordinate shipping options with our suppliers and shipping vendors
- As part of the events planning team, research venue and event ideas, and assist with planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies
- Safety compliance and regulatory administration
- Minute taking and tracking of action items taken from internal meetings
- General front office administrative tasks (reception coverage, housekeeping)
Qualifications/Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in an administrative support role
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
- Have an outgoing and friendly disposition, with a focus on customer service
- Detailoriented with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while prioritizing a heavy workload
- A desire to work in a fastpaced team environment
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Able to work independently and stay focused while managing frequent interruptions
- A confident personality with a good sense of humour
