North Vancouver Recreation & Culture (NVRC) is dedicated to building healthy individuals, families and communities. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

You will deliver excellent front line customer experiences by providing information to the public, providing program registration, collecting payments and assisting with related administrative responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Previous customer service training, experience, and cash handling experience is desirable. Knowledge of recreation registration software, MS Excel and Word would also be beneficial.


The pay for this unionized auxiliary position starts at $22.53 per hour with 12% in lieu of benefits and involves shift work that include days, evenings and/or weekends with no guarantee of hours.
