Woodhouse Group Inc. is a multi-faceted real estate and construction company based in Kitchener, Ontario.We are looking for a motivated and organized
Commercial Property Administrator to join our team and help manage our portfolio of commercial and multi-family properties.
As a Commercial Property Administrator, you will:
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the properties are well
- Process rent payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain lease agreements, contracts, and other documents.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support leasing and marketing strategies.
- Generate and update monthly and quarterly reports on property performance and budgets.
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform site visits and inspections as needed.
- Organizing and updating SharePoint directory.
- Liaison between Real Estate and Finance Teams.
- Travel to off site meetings approximately 1 time a week.
- Other duties as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A diploma or degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property management or administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office36
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial real estate.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Class G2 or G driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Yardi and other Real Estate Software (considered an asset).
- Complete a criminal record check.
