Woodhouse Group Inc. is a multi-faceted real estate and construction company based in Kitchener, Ontario.

We are looking for a motivated and organized
Commercial Property Administrator to join our team and help manage our portfolio of commercial and multi-family properties.


As a Commercial Property Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the properties are well
- maintained and compliant the health and safety standards.

  • Process rent payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain lease agreements, contracts, and other documents.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support leasing and marketing strategies.
  • Generate and update monthly and quarterly reports on property performance and budgets.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform site visits and inspections as needed.
  • Organizing and updating SharePoint directory.
  • Liaison between Real Estate and Finance Teams.
  • Travel to off site meetings approximately 1 time a week.
  • Other duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A diploma or degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property management or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office36
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial real estate.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Class G2 or G driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with Yardi and other Real Estate Software (considered an asset).
  • Complete a criminal record check.
