Laboratory Analyst (Full-time)

Inorganic Wet Chemistry Lab

As a Laboratory Analyst, your main responsibilities are to:
To analyze samples by ISE, titration, spectrophotometry, combustion and/or colorimetry:

Analysis of water/filters/soils and food products according to SOP.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment/methodology.
Follow all relevant SOPs, WIs and QA requirements.
Use SAIL and summary reports to plan and organize work.
Follow all laboratory safety rules and regulations.
Maintain and update current SOP under the guidance of Senior Analysts/Supervisor.
Keep work area clean, neat and organized.
Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

You are the ideal Laboratory Analyst, if:

College Diploma/University Degree in Chemistry or related field.
Previous experience with Inorganic instrumentation is preferred.
Ability to accurately follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions.
Good record keeping skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dynamic, energetic, motivated individual with a "cando" attitude.

Work Schedule will be Monday to Friday, 12 noon to 8:30 pm and weekends as required
