Associate, Financial Analysis to join our Finance and Accounting team.

What will you do?:


  • Support Lease Reporting and analyze changes in area and rental rates of completed deals.
  • Support Capital Tracking and providing analysis of changes in capital spend.
  • Support Joint Venture reporting and analyze of joint venture related Accounts Receivable.
  • Validate contractual inputs using validation templates and system generated reports.
  • Review market leasing assumptions, Argus valuation models and internal leasing data to assess reasonability.
  • Review various metrics including inflation assumptions, general vacancy assumptions, estimated credit loss provisions, structural reserve estimates and compare them to internal policy.
  • Review capital expenditures included in internal budget to Argus validation models.
  • Assist with internal and external financial reporting.
  • Additional special projects and other duties as required.

  • You are currently enrolled as a university student pursuing a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate accounting and finance.
  • An assertive selfstarter with the ability to work independently or under supervision.
  • Collaborative worker; effective member of a team; good teambuilding skills.
  • Good judgment and decisionmaking skills; problem solving.
  • Demonstrates resilience, passion and commitment to deliver and be accountable for the results.
  • Customer service orientation.

  • Effective verbal and oral communication.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
