    Relevant du Directeur des ventes, le(la Chef(fe) Régional des ventes est responsable de l'ensemble des activités de vente et de promotion pour le territoire du Québec, incluant la gestion d'un district dans l'Est du Québec, la promotion des produits, la gestion des relations clients incluant; les pharmacies et les groupes de pharmacies. Il(elle) est aussi responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes dans la province du Québec. Par son leadership, il(elle) stimule l'engagement de l'équipe, améliore la rigueur d'exécution et assure une présence forte et crédible, ce qui aura un impact direct sur l'atteinte, voir le dépassement des objectifs de ventes.

    Ce que vous ferez au quotidien :

    • Fixer les objectifs de vente, suivre les performances individuelles et collectives ainsi que fournir un soutien pour garantir la réussite des ventes;
    • Stimuler le développement d'une équipe de vente engagée par l'entremise de coaching régulier, d'activité de formation et de développement;
    • Mobiliser et responsabiliser son équipement proactivement;
    • Déterminer les prévisions, les objectifs de ventes par produit et autres KPI pour la région ainsi que pour chaque membre de l'équipe;
    • Mesurer et communiquer les résultats sur une base mensuelle
    • Toutes autres responsabilités reliées à l'équipe de ventes.

    Vous vous démarquerez grâce aux compétences suivantes :

    • Établir avec aisance des relations professionnelles solides et saines avec clients, collègues et partenaires internes;
    • Faire preuve d'une forte éthique professionnelle, d'autonomie et d'un enthousiasme constant;
    • Maîtriser les processus de ventes adaptés aux professionnels de la santé en particulier les pharmaciens.

    Ce que vous apportez

    • Baccaulauréat universitaire en science, administration des affaires ou autre champs d'expertises pertinentes;
    • Détenir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de représentant(e) des ventes dans le domaine pharmaceutique avec une forte connaissances des produits génériques;
    • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste de gestionnaire;
    • Expérience attestée de gestion et mobilisation d'une équipe de vente avec preuve de résultat.
