Customer Experience Representative
(9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

We are currently looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Experience Representative to be a part of the OWE family to help continue with our mission.
The
Customer Experience Representative is responsible for communicating with internal/external clients to answer any inquiries, verify information as well as to retain existing customers.

Main Responsibilities Include:
- Outbound calls to verify and confirm contract details
- Retain customers through industry knowledge and training
- Convey appropriate information and resolutions with all customers and provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries
- Monitor, respond to, and complete daily reports through careful analysis, forwardthinking, and problem solving
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of excellent Customer Service experience
- Experience or interest in the energy industry considered to be a definite asset
- Provide strong oral and verbal communication with customers regarding their general inquiries or contract details in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting
- Results and detail oriented skills for efficiently completing daily responsibilities while prioritizing workload and managing multiple tasks
- Superior interpersonal skills with all levels of internal management and staff
- High degree of customer service orientation, demonstrating the ability to diffuse sensitive customer service issues
- Demonstrate a high tolerance for distractions and interruptions and be able to think quickly while providing the optimal solution(s)
- Demonstrate sound judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality

Salary:
$45,000 +
