- Provide HSE support to the team and management
- Manage and organize inspections, certificate tracking, and employee training
- Gather documentation, create reports on stat trends and findings for monthly KPI reports
- Assist in the development of training materials and programs
- Promote the awareness of hazard identification, elimination, and control
- Support the development and continual improvement of ACF's administrative controls (Safe Job Procedures, Safe Work Practices, Job Hazard Analysis, etc.)
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Educate and mentor personnel on all aspects of the Health and Safety Management System
- Remain current and knowledgeable of the most up to date OH&S legislation, industry best practices, and other Health and Safety Regulations
- Evaluate worksite conditions and workforce behaviors to ACF's standards of performance and provide formal recommendations for continual improvement.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Assist in New Hire Onboarding, worker training, and ensuring worker compliance prior to starting
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to develop professional rapport with Clients, leadership, and workplace personnel.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry/ trades
