  • Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reducedtill or notill, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops
  • Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Mixing fertilizer
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
  • Seed cutting
  • Soil fertility programs
  • Tie and secure plants
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and biosecurity procedures
  • Maintain financial and production records
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
