Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Coordinate and manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain detailed notes of client meetings and project status, ensuring all account information is organized and uptodate.
  • Regularly review client accounts and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a tightknit crossfunctional team
  • A great account manager needs to balance empathy and confidence. You need to understand the client's wants but tell them no when they need to hear it.
