We are currently hiring Licensed Industrial Electricians-Construction and Maintenance (309A). The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for installing maintaining modifying and repairing electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment.Responsibilities
The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for installing maintaining modifying and repairing electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment Inspect test components of electrical systems complete commissioning services including Variable Frequency Drives Transformers Motor Control Centers Soft Starters Switchgear Transfer switches MCCB PLC'S Complete work orders record material utilized on jobs Utilize blueprints wiring diagrams manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects Assist in supervising training electrical apprentices on the job This position requires maturity eagerness responsibility excellent problem-solving abilities independent thinking ability to work with a team physical fitness valid driving license Work Experience Experience in the installation of low medium high voltage installation repairs HV cable termination splicing 2-3 years underground experience an asset ESS substations pumpstations charging dispensers shops vent doors sumps etc Fabrication installation ofelectrical racks cable support lighting receptacles electric/hydraulic equipment phone systems mine communication systems PLC advanced automation systems Installation DC charging equipment power control throughout underground areasJob description
