- Agir comme principal point de contact pour l'intégration des nouveaux clients et fournir un soutien consultatif aux clients assignés.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ventes, coaching de réussite client, gestionnaires de comptes, développement de produits et direction) afin d'assurer la prestation de services de qualité et dans les délais impartis.
- Former les clients aux fonctionnalités des produits, aux améliorations apportées et aux meilleures pratiques du secteur.
- Gérer avec diligence les problèmes techniques et liés aux programmes afin d'assurer l'excellence opérationnelle et une résolution rapide.
- Dépasser systématiquement les attentes des clients en évaluant ouvertement et minutieusement toutes les demandes et en proposant des solutions mutuellement avantageuses.
- Signaler à la direction toute situation indépendante de la volonté de l'employé susceptible d'affecter négativement le service fourni au client.
- Fournir un retour d'information à la direction lorsque les attentes des clients semblent déraisonnables ou irréalistes et recommander des solutions réalisables.
- Identifier tout obstacle à la prestation d'un service client de la plus haute qualité et communiquer un retour d'information constructif à la direction.
- Veille à la mise en place du programme de manière rapide, précise et de qualité, en s'efforçant de dépasser les attentes.
- Met à jour le plan de projet si nécessaire.
- Communique régulièrement avec le client et le tient informé des délais de développement, en s'assurant que tous les livrables sont reçus à temps et dans l'ordre prévu.
- Fournit à la direction des rapports d'avancement détaillés sur l'état d'avancement et le calendrier du projet.
- Baccalauréat d'une université ou d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur accrédité en communication, marketing ou administration des affaires requis. Une expérience professionnelle équivalente à un poste similaire peut remplacer les exigences de formation.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste de service à la clientèle requis.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet à responsabilités croissantes requis, avec une préférence pour les compétences techniques.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, requise.
- Selon le domaine de responsabilité, une expérience préalable dans un environnement SaaS est préférable, ainsi qu'une expérience avec ConnectWise, Salesforce, Smartsheet et/ou JIRA.
- Excellentes compétences informatiques (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, compétences en recherche sur Internet, capacité d'apprentissage rapide de nouveaux logiciels).
- Excellent sens du service à la clientèle et réel enthousiasme pour l'assistance aux clients.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à la présentation.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et proactive avec un minimum de supervision.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe avec diverses personnes.
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement dynamique.
- Souci détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
