Being in the retail industry, we don't have a mandatory shutdown period, so this opportunity will require an immediate start.
This job will place you in a fast-paced and innovative role that makes you the first point of contact for our business.
To be successful you must:
- Be passionate about providing outstanding Sales and Product advice to all Customers while maintaining a high level of Customer Service
- Be a highly motivated person with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Enjoy working in a team environment and assisting others.
- Ability to multi task and maintain focus in an often high pressure environment.
- Have retail or contact centre experience preferred.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised individual with strong time management skills.
- Ability to collate information from customers relating to their orders and relaying the information to relevant parties.
- Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate service is provided.
- Flexibility to work across a 7day rotating roster (shift work between 7am and 11pm).

$18.90-$22.50 per hour
