The Vice President, National Sales Support is responsible for looking across our entire store network and working closely with our Associate Dealers, to identify and unlock increased store sales opportunities.

This highly collaborative and results driven leader will lead and motivate their team to drive change management initiatives that will improve store performance across our Dealer network, leverage cross functional teams to increase adoption of programs that will deliver on our retail store strategy, which ultimately drives our top line sales growth across the enterprise.

This leader will need to have strong business acumen, have the proven ability to create and forge strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be able to utilize strategic insights to grow the business.


What you'll do

  • Improve store performance by partnering with our Dealers and cross functional partners to increase adoption of store level programs, and gain a better understanding of how these programs deliver on CTRs strategy,
  • Work with the internal business teams to ensure the operational readiness of all programs sent to stores
  • Lead the communications from the office to the Dealers ensuring timely, relevant, and audience appropriate communications
  • Lead all aspects of store operations for the Pro Hockey life banner including the store teams, communications, design, and the store level P&L
  • Provide leadership to the store operations dealer committee
  • Collaborate with brand and field leadership teams to assist Dealers in maximizing their revenue potential
  • Develop and manage a methodology that prepares us for growth
  • Lead the Business Optimization team, working with the Dealer Integration Dealer committee to build programs that deliver maximum profitability for our Dealers

What you've done

  • Led a high performing team of geographically dispersed sales and/or operations professionals in a CPG or retail environment
  • Influenced stakeholders and worked as a trusted business partner without having direct position power
  • Operated in a consumerdriven company (one with significant scale is an asset)
  • Successfully led a multifaceted and complex changemanagement initiative
  • Worked collaboratively across various departments such as product development, merchandising, operations, sales and service, etc.
  • Demonstrated understanding of larger market conditions and dynamics
  • Gained followership by demonstrating valueadd as a resource that helps drive revenue
