  • Create and distribute daily reports to internal and external customers
  • Print and distribute work orders in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate distribution of document change notifications (DCNs) to the floor
  • Preparation/creation of estimates for work required to rebuild components using the information received from production
  • Detailed review of the estimates created ensuring the information contained in the report is accurate (includes labour, parts, service letters, 0R core credits, etc.)
  • Preparation of quotations, where required, to include all appropriate parts, labour and additional information
  • Working with the necessary parties – internal and/or external, to resolve discrepancies impeding successful quotation completion
  • Daily communication with other Service Billers and Customer Service Team to ensure alignment of activities and consistent application of OEM processes
  • Collaborate with Component Procurement coworkers to process paperwork to ship finished components from OEM to Finning Branches and provide paperwork to OEM Shipping
  • Coordinate with OEM Production Planners on rush shipments from OEM to Finning Branches/End Users
  • Pricing invoices for Finning Accounts Receivable
  • Process Accounts Receivable invoices for Finning and Non-Finning customers
  • Scanning of files to OEM Remanufacturing's electronic filing system
  • Close/process internal fabrication work orders
  • Ensure uninterrupted office supply ordering and maintain 5S standards in supply rooms/cabinets
  • Provide break and lunch phone coverage for receptionist, along with coverage for receptionists vacation/sick days
  • Other administration duties as required
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience in a service billing environment, preferably in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset but not a requirement
  • Diploma in business or equivalent is considered an asset but not a requirement
  • Previous Administrative experience is required
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytic, written, and oral communications skills
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

  • This position is based out of our OEM office location in Edmonton
  • Permanent, full-time role
  • 5 x 2, Monday – Friday schedule
