In this role in addition to general labourer responsibilities, you will be trained as a back up machine operator responsible for operating production equipment and at times leading a crew.

  • We pay competitive wages with rapid wage progression based on hours worked. Our Production Labourer wages start at $20.57/hr. plus a $1.00/hr. premium once qualified as back up machine operator. There are regular and meaningful wage increases to $29.00 after less than 1.5 years.
  • The Machine Operator rates start at $31.00/hr. while training and acting as a Machine Operator. We post all internal job opportunities and promote from within. Other positions beyond general labour start at $28.17/hr. or higher.
