• Lead corporate team building events in a professional and engaging manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages team collaboration and communication.
• Deliver interactive activities and exercises designed to promote teamwork, problemsolving, and creativity.
• Adapt facilitation style and content to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the event to ensure a memorable and rewarding experience.
• Collaborate with the Eventology team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events. This will include helping set up and pack down the events.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm to keep participants motivated and engaged.

• Previous experience in facilitation, preferably in one or more of the following the areas; improv, coaching, training, corporate events, or acting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
• Passion for creating positive and memorable experiences for others.
• Flexibility to work on an adhoc basis as events are scheduled in the local area.
• Ability to travel and own vehicle is a bonus.
