Description

My main responsibilities

  • Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high volume restaurant environment;
  • Preparing and setting up the different work stations;
  • Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations;
  • Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities;
  • Respect of the hygiene and salubrity standards established by the Company;
  • General cleaning during downtime;
  • Assist the dishwasher when required;
  • All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine;

My sense of priorities and urgency drives me to multi-task. I have adopted many organizational techniques that allow me to be autonomous and resourceful in my work.

I am a person who possesses motor skills as well as a certain ease in handling kitchen tools.

I like to do a good job, I have a sense of thoroughness and I am a person who performs his duties with cleanliness.
