My main responsibilities
- Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high volume restaurant environment;
- Preparing and setting up the different work stations;
- Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations;
- Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities;
- Respect of the hygiene and salubrity standards established by the Company;
- General cleaning during downtime;
- Assist the dishwasher when required;
- All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine;
