IGC supplies turnkey facilities and project management to clients nationwide. We are seeking a reliable individual to fulfill the roll of handyman in the Ottawa and surrounding area. Please contact us if you are reliable, hardworking and are able to fulfill the following duties.


Duties Include:

  • Inspecting commercial properties to identify and report deficiencies
  • Painting
  • Drywall repair
  • Carpentry
  • Tile repair and replacement
  • General building maintenance and repairs
  • Store fixture and cabinet install
  • Trim and Casework install
  • Must have basic knowledge in electrical and plumbing
  • Delivery of furniture and store fixtures

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a handyman
  • Good communication and high level of customer service
  • Wellorganized and has excellent problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and report back to the manager
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and clean drivers abstract
  • Must provide a Criminal record check upon hiring
  • Must have tools of the trade
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends if required
  • Ability to work with other trades
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • 24/7 service work

Salary:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour
