    Overview

    We are on the lookout for an experienced Power Apps Developer who is enthusiastic about driving business transformation through rapid application development. This role is pivotal to our strategy, embodying the ethos of "Consumption Economics" by enabling swift, effective deployment of applications that cater to the dynamic needs of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to develop, deploy, and manage applications that not only solve business challenges but also set new standards in efficiency and user experience. Your insights and expertise in Power Apps will guide our best practices and contribute to building industry-specific applications that can be scaled across various verticals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Technical Expertise and Innovation:

    • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Power Apps solutions, utilizing Microsoft Power Platform to address complex business challenges.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in application development, focusing on security, data integration, and user experience.
    • Lead the adoption of new technologies and frameworks within the Power Platform ecosystem, staying ahead of industry trends to keep our solutions innovative and effective.

    Business Analysis and Strategy:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, translating these into technical requirements and actionable Power Apps solutions.
    • Conduct thorough business analysis to ensure that all solutions are aligned with client outcomes and SDK's strategic goals, demonstrating a clear ROI.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, using insights from project outcomes and client feedback to refine processes and deliver even greater value.

    Client Engagement and Collaboration:

    • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Lead workshops and training sessions for clients, empowering them to effectively use and manage the developed Power Apps solutions.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to clients and internal teams, enhancing their understanding and adoption of Power Apps as a tool for business transformation.

    Qualifications

    • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in Power Apps development (at least 4 years), with a portfolio of applications that have driven business value. Experience in leading projects and advising on best practices is required.
    • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), as well as familiarity with associated technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically about technology and its business implications. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at handling multiple priorities.
    • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Education: Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related fields.
