Job Overview


As our Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.

You will be responsible for answering phone calls, booking appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will ensure that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Warmly greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor over the phone, ensuring a welcoming first impression. Skillfully direct callers to the appropriate team members or departments to expedite efficient communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering comprehensive information about our wide range of energy efficiency services and programs.
  • Efficiently manage the Estimator's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of quote appointments, maintaining an optimized workflow.
  • Provide invaluable support in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing important documents. Your attention to detail will help maintain the smooth functioning of our operations.
  • Foster effective collaboration with our office, service, and sales teams to ensure a unified and outstanding customer experience.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to various customer personalities and situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
