Job Overview
As our Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor over the phone, ensuring a welcoming first impression. Skillfully direct callers to the appropriate team members or departments to expedite efficient communication.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering comprehensive information about our wide range of energy efficiency services and programs.
- Efficiently manage the Estimator's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of quote appointments, maintaining an optimized workflow.
- Provide invaluable support in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing important documents. Your attention to detail will help maintain the smooth functioning of our operations.
- Foster effective collaboration with our office, service, and sales teams to ensure a unified and outstanding customer experience.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to various customer personalities and situations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
