Fast Air has been a market leader for over 25 years in providing air charter services and private jet management headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our marketing team is adding a new position to help us with our growing business.

Position Overview

As the Marketing Associate you will be assisting the Marketing Director to develop, maintain and elevate marketing strategies including both brand awareness and growth-oriented projects.

You will be expected to coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of marketing & communications projects in a timely manner and provide analysis of projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Major Objectives:

Establish and maintain internal company news platform monthly content and distribution
Create awareness and understanding of Fast Air services in key markets
Supporting in the service to clients, assisting with expanding client relationships and obtaining new clients.
Providing professional development support as it relates to marketing and business development

Other Objectives:

Review company websites for brand and content needs coordinate with Marketing Director.
Provide support on branded promotional products ordering, inventory tracking, distribution and budget monitoring
Coordinate events, advertisements, press releases.
Establish Press Release cycle for company news. 68x per year

Role Requirements

You should have proven experience in marketing and strategic planning.
Basic graphic design and web development skills and experience with required programs to complete projects.
Proven success with Social Media platforms
Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
You will be able to determine if the brand and creative execution for any given marketing initiative is of extremely high quality, or not.
You must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to self direct yourself to work independently or as a team
Familiarity with the aviation industry is an asset.
Marketing Diploma or Degree an asset.
