Description

We are hiring Strong business growth has created the need for a Sales Analyst.
This position provides analysis, insight and recommendations to our National Account Team.


Key Requirements

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills; PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat will also be used regularly '¦ Space Planning (JDA, Apollo) experience is an asset
  • Power BI and / or Power Pivot experience is an asset
  • Strong analytical, math and problemsolving skills (University level courses are a strong asset)
  • Understanding of Syndicated Data such as: LDIA (Loblaw), IRI and/or AC Nielsen
  • Develop and manage strategic sales snapshots to include key metrics on the business with national sales team
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify drivers of business results and make appropriate recommendations
  • Ability to create reports and scorecards using advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Focus on process improvement
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, to inform stakeholders on output, insights and recommendations
  • Ability to present findings in a compelling manner
  • Strong organization, project management, and follow up skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Capable of effective collaboration as well as being able to work independently

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years working in category management and sales analysis
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Math or science preferred), or equivalent
  • Grocery industry experience is preferred, but not required
