As the HVAC Business Development Manager focuses on residential and commercial sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.


You will be responsible for:


  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential target segments and industries for HVAC solutions.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and building strong relationships with residential and commercial clients to understand their HVAC requirements.
  • Developing and delivering tailored presentations, proposals, and solutions that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms to secure new business deals and projects.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients to address their needs, concerns, and feedback.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's visibility and network.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with industry partners, distributors, and influencers.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and HVAC product developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge and sales techniques through training and selfdevelopment.
  • Booking customer home assessment appointments, scoping work and materials required.
  • Successfully managing the sales process with the sales coordinator: qualifying customer needs and budget, presenting appropriate solutions, negotiating, and closing new business. Seeing the project through to installation.
  • Leverage our extensive leads database whilst also adding to the database through individual prospecting.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development, with a focus on both residential and commercial markets.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services will be considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fastpaced, competitive environment.
