Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
HR Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with company goals.
- Train employees and managers on policy changes and best practices.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management, handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular checkins and followups to address employee concerns and provide support.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and facilitating their integration into the company culture.
Performance Management and Development:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including employee evaluations, feedback, and individual development plans.
- Identify training needs, design training programs, and oversee ongoing employee development to enhance skills and competencies.
Payroll Management:
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and employee benefits deductions.
- Handle payroll inquiries and discrepancies, working closely with the finance department.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Communicate benefit changes and updates to employees and provide guidance on benefitrelated questions.
Legal Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and minimizing legal risks.
- Advise management on labor law matters and participate in audits as necessary.
Employee Engagement and Recognition:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement.
- Implement recognition and retention programs to reward and retain top talent.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide datadriven recommendations.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Talent Retention and Succession Planning:
- Implement initiatives to attract and retain top talent, including succession planning and career development programs.
- Identify highpotential employees and create pathways for their growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in a company with over 100 employees.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with company goals.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Salary:
$60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
