Role:
Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Work location:
Mississauga

  • Requirement: At least
    57 years of relevant consulting experience in a functional role, focusing on Business transformation and process automation
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Exposure to global client environments is desirable
  • Certifications in eTOM, ITIL, Six Sigma are preferred
  • Expected skillset and experience: Strong knowledge of business process reengineering, optimization, and automation, particularly in the context of the
    telcom
    industry
  • Experience in collaborating with technical teams to design and implement automation solutions, primarily using
    UiPath(experience with other platforms like Microsoft Power Platform is a plus)
  • Familiarity with the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and support Proficient in assessing current processes ('asis') and performing gap analysis, as well as designing future ('tobe') processes with a focus on automation potential, efficiency gains, and overall process improvements
  • Experience in creating and managing a backlog of automation opportunities, prioritizing based on business value and feasibility Strong knowledge of industry best practices, including
    eTOM, ITIL, and
    Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience in developing business cases for digital transformation investments, aligned with the client's overall strategy Ability to execute digital transformation initiatives and provide business, technical, and analytical expertise to support implementation
  • Experience in change management, including creating strategies and executing change plans Proposal development in collaboration with project managers and client directors, defining initial solutions, timelines, and pricing

Salary:
$65.00-$95.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Business Transformation and
Process Automation: 4 years (preferred)

  • UiPath: 2 years (preferred)
  • Telecommunication domain: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
  • ITIL Certification (preferred)
