JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a cleaner for our site in Vancouver.

Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (8am-4pm)
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, and driveway ramp of any nonorganic debris
- Clean and disinfect high contact touch points such as light switches and door handles
- Elevator cleaning, including tracks and panels
- Washroom cleaning
- Damp mop hard surfaced flooring
- Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and elevator floors
- Empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
- Keep garbage room tidy
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Cleaning experience is preferable
- Organized and reliable
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to deal with residents in a positive and professional manner
COMPENSATION:
$19 per hour and medical benefits after 3 months
