You're pretty smart, have savvy technical and communication skills, a strong will to learn and a desire to partner with others in a highly collaborative sales environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will report to your Operations Manager, and under their guidance, you will:
- Wow your customers and team with your good attitude
- Take product and service orders; suggest other products and services your customer might need
- Respond to RFQs; follow up to ask for the sale
- Negotiate pricing that is competitive for your customer and profitable for our company
- Source products through our internal inventory system and by partnering with our suppliers and network of experts
- Maintain customer account information, for example, index cards and customer preferences
- Resolve customer issues determine the cause, provide a solution, make necessary adjustments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Grow your skills and career through business and personal development courses and activities
- Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
