We are currently under a new ownership, we have ambitious plans and we are seeking for a talented _
Production Manager_ who wants to be part of them

Key Responsibilities:_

Qualifications and Skills_

5+ years of manufacturing experience within a supervisory role
Postsecondary related education is a plus
Experience with Global Shop or related ERP software would be considered an asset
Understand OHSA plus safety regulations and lead by example a must
Great organizational and time management skills to lead, schedule and coordinate a team to complete multiple tasks
Outstanding people and communication skills to inspire, motivate and persuade their team in meeting all company goals
Able to supervise others' work and coach for performance
Good problem solving, equipment maintenance and assembling work knowledge
Able to work in high pressure and time sensitive conditions with a wellrounded work ethic and positive attitude
Able to work and communicate effectively with cross functional team members

Starting at $77,000.00 per year, dependent on skill and experience.
