  • The role of the administrative Clerk (Payroll Support) will ensure that the accurate pay is distributed in an effective and efficient manner for our hourly Local 325 unionized employees.
    Job Accountabilities
  • Tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Complete payroll for the Maintenance, Packaging, Brewing, Warehouse and Engineering, Beer Store departments on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Administer daily timesheet adjusting entries for the department's hourly employees in accordance with the Collective Agreement rules and in compliance with SOX.
  • Provide payroll reports and audits when requested by departments.
  • Assist with vacation schedules, lieu day requests, and LOA's for Maintenance, Packaging, Brewing, Warehouse and Engineering.
  • Maintain the call in lines for the Packaging, Maintenance, Brewing, Warehouse and Engineering departments.
  • Over time equalization for Packaging 325 members.
  • Brewery communications and postings as required.
  • Basic understanding of the various union collective bargaining agreements within the Brewery for the purpose of administration requirements.
  • All other tasks as required by Manager.

Entrance Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • 35 years of administrative experience.
