We are looking for exceptional Billing and Sales Representatives who are dedicated to driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

You'll be supporting Internet, Digital Phone and Cable TV subscribers over the phone to resolve billing issues, while also looking for opportunities where we can turn these calls into a sale.

Whether that is upgrading their package, bundling their services together, or selling them a brand new service, there will always be an opportunity, we just have to find it

Important Information:


Schedule Availability:
Mon-Sun between the hours of 8am pm (rotating shifts)


Wage:
$16.65/Hour


Location:
Work from home (In-office work available)

Working as a Billing and Sales Representative, You Will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving by responding to Inbound calls
  • Assist in billing calls resolve billing issues, clarify charges on their account, help them to make payments
  • Identify where sales can be made, and push for sales on billing calls
  • Ability to work from home
  • Be an active listener who can show empathy and patience in a nonscripted environment
  • Resolve customer inquiries
  • Work in a fast paced, high volume, environment
  • Be comfortable with change
  • Achieve performance goals for call time, accuracy, quality, deescalation, and customer satisfaction
Working as a Billing and Sales Representative, You Should Have:

  • Stellar attendance and punctuality are a must
  • Minimum 1year customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to receive and implement ongoing feedback / coaching
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills
  • Comfortable with technology, the Internet, Windows, and competent typing skills
  • Ability to successfully employ deescalation strategies
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Must be results oriented
  • Motivated to be a consistent performer
  • Availability to be scheduled between 7am and 10pm Mon-Sun
