    Description

    Responsibilities

    :
  • As a member of the Engineering Services team and reporting to the Mechatronics Software Team Leader, your main mandate will be to ensure the implementation and validation of the diagnostic communication of the various electronic modules (ECU) of BRP vehicles.
  • Design, develop and maintain functions used in the diagnostic software to support vehicle development, . data definition (ODX) and diagnostic sequences (OTX).
  • Develop and execute test plans required to validate technical solutions, taking into account established norms and standards.
  • Calculate, analyze and validate various ECUs.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or robotics with software expertise.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Oral and written bilingualism essential (French/English).

    • Aptitutes and Research Skills:

  • Know how diagnostic communication works on automotive modules.
  • Knowledge of ODX/OTX standard or scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of ISO UDS), ISO 14230 is an asset.
  • Knowledge of vehicle communication networks (CAN) and associated protocols is an asset.
