- Develop and Grow: Play a pivotal role in nurturing and training a skilled coffee bar team.
- Be the Face of Service: Engage with our wonderful customers, ensuring they leave with a smile (and a delightful coffee).
- Stay Ahead: With your keen eye, ensure our Coffee Bar stays ahead in terms of quality, standards, and knowledge.
- Promote our vision and goals, ensuring they resonate through every brew and customer interaction.
- Monitor inventory, collaborate with the purchasing team, and make sure our beans are always fresh.
- Train the team on the nuances of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and upselling strategies.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service, ensuring every cup we serve becomes a memory.
- Adhere to all Food Safety standards, making sure every sip our customer takes is safe and delicious.
- Engage in collaborative relationships with departmental and store leadership.
- You're no stranger to the world of retail with over 12 months of experience, including at least 6 months in a leadership role.
- You possess a Pro-Serve certification.
- Your knowledge about products, merchandising, and inventory management is advanced.
- Interpersonal skills? They're your forte You're a team builder, a motivator, and a relationship curator.
- You're tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, Emails, and other operational applications.
