POSITION LOCATION / WORK ARRANGEMENT:

Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, these positions requires full-time physical presence at the designated position locations (Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver) and as such, this position is not suitable for telework.

Duties:

These positions require daily onsite presence.

Security and Facilities Services across all four OSFI offices are seeking highly motivated individuals to join their team in the role of Hybrid Workplace Coordinator.

Coordinators greet all personnel/guests entering OSFI workspaces.

They assist personnel/guests with familiarization of new floor plans, identify all emergency exits on the floor, and indicate locations of office equipment (supplies, first aid stations, photocopiers, printer, fax machines).

Coordinators ensure work points are set up and available, assist with directing personnel to their workstation and help with ergonomic set up of the work point (monitor set up, chair adjustments, connections, webcams).

Coordinators are the first line of support for all administrative queries, audiovisual and IT related issues affecting their workspace and direct personnel to the appropriate team if required.

Compensation:
OSFI offers a competitive salary, and employees may be eligible for in-range increases and economic adjustments. Salaries are based on qualifications, experience and knowledge.

The Public Service Pension Plan is a defined benefit pension plan (indexed for inflation), where both the employer and the employee contribute.

Performance Pay:
OSFI employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on their performance throughout the year.

Vacation and Leave:
