Position Summary:


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- troubleshooting and supporting staff with the effective and appropriate use of Division technology by responding to requests for assistance via Help Desk channels
- creating "how-to" training videos that target specific learning objectives which includes writing scripts, recording and editing video and soliciting end-user and stakeholder feedback on the efficacy of the content
- producing content that meets and upholds the technical standards set by Technology and Information Management including knowledge base, info sheets and reference guides
- developing, maintaining and delivering training in-person or online including Q&A sessions
- collaborating with stakeholders and the technical trainer to identify opportunities to enhance technical training solutions and services


Education/Qualifications:

- diploma in business administration, technical writing or professional designation in adult education is preferred
- previous experience providing technical training solutions
- knowledge of the needs and characteristics of adult learners
- demonstrated ability to lead group discussions and resolve group conflicts
- knowledge of instructional software and equipment such as multimedia projectors, video players, presentation hardware and software including Google Meets and Camtasia
- advanced computer skills with a demonstrated passion for learning new technology
- advanced verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills


Rate of Pay:

$2, $3,192.70 bi-weekly
