Reporting to the Plant Human Resource Manager, you will help provide Human Resources support, including recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation, employee relations, project management, training and development, and assisting in the coordination of human resource planning initiatives.


You Will:


  • Participate in recruitment activities, job creation, and in the selection process, including, scheduling interviews and participating in all posthire / onboarding activities.
  • Act as a coach with managers with regards to human resource management.
  • Actively participate in problem solving in order to determine causes, participate in investigation(s), and propose appropriate solutions for all HR related issues.
  • Maintain and write reports, letters, files, and performance indicators related to human resources management activities.

You Have:


  • University degree or College diploma in business management or human resources.
  • 13 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Basic understanding of benefits and compensation administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a highperformance, multitasking, and fastpaced environment.

Conagra is a high-performance organization, you will be driving engagement, and focus on payroll administration. You will be involved in Fresh Pack planning, recruitment, camp readiness and provide support to the guest workers.
